I drove to Rochester from Columbus Ohio for my appointment Monday, May 5, 2025 with the Department of Vital Records. The service provided by Ms. MacIntyre was absolutely outstanding, and informative. When she discovered that I was a veteran she redid the entire process so that I would not have to pay for my record, as I didn't share that fact initially.
